Levels of tumbling classes

Open enrollment during each season September - June with monthly tuition to give families the opportunity to start or stop at any point. Summer classes & camps July - August

Parent & Me class 2yr-5yr

(You get to be on the floor with them)

This class will help build core strength, upper body strength, coordination, balance, all while encouraging the skills needed to be in a class setting. We will get your child familiar with the equipment, new friends, and coaches. Our staff will build trust with each child, getting them ready for the next level of class. Once they are ready, they will be moved to an independent preschool class where they can continue building skills.

Level 1 is for beginners

(School age)

They will work on mastering the fundamentals.

Preschool Tumbling 3-5yr

(Independent class)

This class is full of fun ways for children to learn about how to use their body. In each class we work on building strength, flexibility and coordination. We will work on handstands, cartwheels, splits, bridge, bar and beam skills. At this age mastering the basics will help them progress so much faster as they get older.

Level 2 is for intermediate (School age)

After they have mastered the fundamentals, we will now add to the skills along with having the athlete completing the moves independently

Ninja Warrior all boy class (School age)

Ninja students will use the same foundation as our tumbling class, just at a faster speed! These children usually have extra energy to burn and love to test their limits. Each week they test their skills on new obstacle courses and work together on group challenges.

Level 3 is for advanced (School age)
